About My Order: Delivery
Question: When will my order be posted?
Answer: We appreciate that you want your goods as fast as possible. With this in mind we send out your order as soon as the product(s) are in stock. Some products at certain times of the year (e.g. Diaries) have a waiting list. Leather goods - as stated in the terms and conditions - can take up to 12 weeks to arrive. Year text items such as diaries & bookmarks ordered up to 31st October will be delivered in December. Orders for these items placed in November / December will be delivered in January
