Where is my order?
Convention Notepads:

• We start taking pre-orders for convention notepads on April 1st. The expected delivery dates for pre-ordered items are always shown online on the product page.
• Once the convention notepads arrive in stock we start sending these in date order, starting with orders placed in April.
• When you placed your order you will have selected your delivery option, and this will have told you the estimated delivery date. Please check your confirmation email to see your estimated delivery date.
Diaries & Calendars:

• All diaries ordered in good time are sent during December. The expected delivery dates for pre-order items are always shown online on the product page.
• We have to wait for the Year Text to be released, along with the TMS schedule, and then the items go to manufacture. This process does take a little time, hence why we cant get them in any sooner. However, once they are in stock we work to get them out as soon as possible.
• When you placed your order you will have selected your delivery option, and this will have told you the estimated delivery date. Please check your confirmation email to see your estimated delivery date.

All other orders:
Orders placed when selecting the free second class post only take 5-7 days. If you have not received your order, it may be the the products you ordered are out of stock. Stock and expected delivery dates are shown online on each product page.
If you ordered selecting the 1st Class (2-3 working days) or Priority (1-2 working days) and haven't received your order within the given timeframes, and the items are in stock, please let us know.
Tip: You can log in to see if your order has been sent, and if so, when.

Please Read:
If you did not receive a reply from us, it may be that the email we sent back has gone to your "junk folder". Please do the following:
Check your junk folder
Add noreply@bennettcards.co.uk to your safe list with your email provider
Log in before emailing us, and try emailing again. Logging in means you can view yours messages and our replies on your online account.
