To use simply chill the pack in the freezer or heat in the microwave - the pack will retain its therapeutic temperature for around 20 minutes.

Children must be supervised while using this product.
For Cold use: Place pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use.
For Hot use: Place in the microwave and heat pack for 10 seconds (times based on 700W microwave and as a guide only). Continue to heat in 5 second intervals to reach desired temperature. Please read the information can in the package before use.

Safety:
Always check the temperature of the pack before applying to the skin, as extreme temperatures can cause damage or burns.
To avoid frostbite or burns, set it aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Take care when removing from the microwave as the pack may be very hot. Check the product regularly for signs of damage.
Do not use if the contents are leaking or if the pack is damaged.
External use only. If pack contents come in contact with your eyes, remove wrap, rinse affected area with water and seek professional assistance immediately.
